After our walk at the Cathedral of Barcelona, we went to the busy shopping street near Hard Rock Cafe. There is one of their large departmental store, El Corte Inglés. You can have your last minute shopping here like we did before flying home. This day dinner we made our reservation at Hard Rock Cafe, despite having made reservations for our dinner we still have to wait for around 30 minutes before we were ushered in.
A day in Barcelona City and wanted to squeeze in some of the popular attractions to visit but couldn’t decide where to go? Here are some of the options to spend your day. We visited the famous Park Guell by Antoni Gaudi in the morning, after that to the Gothic Quarter and immerse ourselves in the ancient building around that area. Can have a shopping spree at the Calle Portal de L’Angel which is near to the Las Rambla.
We were planning to reach the airport earlier to have breakfast on the day we were leaving for Lisbon. However, we did not have our breakfast at the airport. Instead, we took the time to walk around the airport.
Although Seville airport is small, it is equipped with the necessary services that all passengers require, eg. free wifi, postal service, ATM, etc
Seville is the capital of Andalucia filled with the cultural atmosphere where it is also the financial centre of Spain. Therefore, we spent our day in Seville soaking into the atmosphere and enjoy this lovely city.
We will be covering the city center and some of the not to be miss attraction, Seville Cathedral, Plaza de Toros de la Real Maestranza (Bull fighting ring) and the Metropol Parasol.
Wanted to explore out of the Seville? We went on a short one day trip to the nearby city Córdoba, which is only a 45 minutes train ride away.
The one and only thing that lured us there is Mosque – Cathedral of Córdoba. Nonetheless, there are other beautiful attractions in Cordoba and one of it is the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos.
