餐肉雙蛋公仔麵/ double luncheon meat and egg with noodle. Okay, i am not trying to be funny but i am doing a direct translation because i don’t think it have an English name. Is very common food that is in the menu of most of the noodle store in Hong Kong.

To make it easy for you to understand what really is this thing and what so special about it?

Answer: Nothing special is just what you have read. The noodle is from Hong Kong instant noodle you can do it at home too, just go to the supermarket to purchase the noodle name 公仔麵/ Doll Instant Noodle , throw in 2 egg and 2 piece of luncheon meat dang dang~!~! you got it~!~! But it just taste slightly different because of the soup used.
