[Eat] Singapore- Review of Brotherbird Milk & Croissants

This is a local well-known croissant shop introduced by friends. After a few failed attempts to get hold of a slot during their pre-order (always sold out fast), we managed to secure a slot in December.

Overall:

Every other month or festive season they will come out with new flavours.

The croissant was impressive, did not expect it to be so big. The outer skin was so crispy and when you have one bite of it, the filling just oozes out. My favourites were Ham & Cheddar Twice-Baked, Pain Au Chocolat and Black Forest Croissant.

Dine-in cafe at 32 Bali Lane has reopened on 2 Jan.
