[Eat] Switzerland, Zurich – A fantastic lunch at Walliser Keller The Swiss Restaurant

Our last meal in Switzerland before we start our walking tour around Zurich city. We found this restaurant from the TripAdvisor, the review was quite good and it was just less than 5 minutes walk from our hotel.

Walliser Keller “The SwissRestaurant” SINCE 1959

The restaurant which is famous for its creamy cheese fondue and the tender Swiss meat served to you on a hot stone or Tinu’s crispy chicken basket.  The atmosphere at the traditional Walliser Keller is to give customers a relaxing and welcoming day.

Overall

The lamb fillet was the highlight for this meal, I liked it that I get to adjust the doneness I wanted on the hot stone, and the butter sauce is good as it helps to enhance the taste of the lamb fillet. However, the swiss coffee with whisky is not what I have expected, a little too strong for my liking. The servers there are friendly, they also came around to check with us how was the food and having a small chat with us.
