Lin Jiang might not be as big as compared with other larger and well-known night markets like Shilin or Raohe, but it is well situated right in the city centre close to Taipei 101. You can visit if you are shopping around Taipei 101.

Lin Jiang Street Night Market (臨江街觀光夜市)was previously known as TongHua Street Night Market (通化街夜市). Most of the older generation in Taiwan will still recognise the night market as TongHua Street Night Market.

How to get there?
Take a train to Xinyi Anhe (信義安和) station walk to Exit 3, continue walking straight until Tonghua Street (通化街) and turn right. Continue walking for around 5 mins and the night market can be seen on the left side.
1) Hu Jia Mee Fen soup (胡家米粉湯)
One of the famous stall in Lin Jiang Night market since 1967. They are well-known for their Thick Vermicelli Soup and Braised Pork Rice.
Please queue, order and make payment before grabbing a seat.
