On our way back to Shinjuku, we decided to catch the Fujisan Express train. The express train operates on the same track as the Fuji View Express, which it will pass by the breathtaking view of Mt.Fuji.

The Special Limited train that has an observation cabin, for passengers to have a better view of Mt. Fuji.
For reserved cabin 1, you would need to pay for the limited express ticket fee and reserved seat fee.

**For the reserved seat you could purchase on the day before boarding (Only applicable if seats are available), or else you would have to reserve online.

Suggestion:
If you are returning from Kawaguchiko I felt that there is no need to get the reserved seat. However, if you are heading toward Kawaguchiko it would be another alternative to take this train instead of the Fujisan View Express.
