What we had?

Fuding Shou Mei

Complimentary longevity buns

Crispy Fish Skin with Salted Egg Yolk

Sautéed Mixed Mushrooms in Zhejiang Vinegar

Steamed Pork Dumpling with Dried Scallops (干贝蒸烧卖 ) *Recommended*

Steamed Prawn Dumpling with Dried Scallops Bird’s Nest

Deep-Fried Prawn Roll with Mango (金丝香芒虾卷 )*Recommended*

Baked Chicken Tart with Baby Abalone (原只鲍鱼鸡粒酥)*Recommended*

Soup of the Day (每日例汤 ) *Recommended*

Roasted Duck with Honey Barbecued Pork (脆皮烧鸭拼蜜汁叉烧) *Recommended*

Deep-fried Lobster with Almond Flakes and Crispy Rice

Poached Vegetables with Egg Trio in Superior Broth

Fried Fish Noodles with Fish Fillet and Enoki Mushrooms

This dish is really interesting, we were thinking it would be a noodle dish like how the other Chinese restaurant always served. But we were fooled by the look of it as the fish noodle is literally made from fishpaste . We were actually quite full when we had this dish but was so amazed that we each had a bowl.

Herbal Jelly

Mango Puree with Aloe Vera and Sago

The service at the restaurant is superb, the servers are super attentive to your needs and they are able to make the adjustment for you if required. Our parents cannot have food that is sour, so we had their dessert changed to Herbal Jelly instead. The top 3 dishes for me would be their Baked Chicken Tart with Baby Abalone, Roasted Duck with Honey Barbecued Pork and Fried Fish Noodles with Fish Fillet and Enoki Mushrooms.
