We were in Jeju for 5 days and 4 nights and this is a special trip for me and my friend as it is our birthday month. We decide to stay at a better and more comfortable hotel which is Grand Hyatt Jeju which was opened 2 years ago.
It was located near 2 supermarkets e-mart and Lotte which are within walking distance and close to a lot of local good food, which I would recommend.
Grand Hyatt Jeju
Grand Hyatt Jeju is situated in the heart of Jeju City, a 1-minute drive from Nuwemaru Street and 8 minutes from Iho Beach. 65-sqm King Room Mountain View
We had a chance to rest in the mountain view room for around 3-4 hours due to some miscommunication before we were then ushered to the sea view room in the other Tower.
The view we saw that day if the weather is clear you would be able to see Halla mountain.
The room looks exactly the same in the mirror image just that the view is different and the Sea view room cost slightly higher.
65-sqm King Room Sea View
In our room we can see the sea and also the airport when the skies are clear we can see the mountain and the Red & White Horse-shaped Lighthouse.

Overall:
We had a wonderful at Grand Hyatt, Jeju, and we were really thankful to our customer service relation manager Bryan who came and usher us to our sea view room. The room was awesome clean, spacious, and huge space, it can accommodate up to 3 adults. The room service staff were friendly and always answer our needs.
I also had a chance to visit the casino and had a few rounds of games, which was a great experience and fun.
The concierge staff was also friendly and helpful when we need to get a cab to the airport as we are not able to call for it.
