We reached our serviced apartment late at night after a long journey from Munich. And was able to experience the after-work service by the staff at the apartment. We were informed by the staff that the check-in counter will be closed at 22:00 and they will put the keys in the safety box outside of the apartment. But we were there a few minutes past their working hours and met the night duty staff at the door when she was about to go off work but was very sweet to help us with getting the door key and bringing us to the other entrance door.

If you need to use the laundry room it is inside the apartment, however, you will need to pay 5EUR to open the door. In the end, we thought that since we are not staying there for a lot of days we decide to not pay for the 5EUR.
Overall?
The apartment is comfortable, neat and tidy. The front staff that we have met throughout the stay were very helpful and friendly, except for one of them who was a little rude and unwilling to help when we ask if they the apartment provide cooking oil.
At first when we were at the front desk we were told that they do not provide cooking oil and we will need to buy it, however, one of the front desk staff was very kind as she went into their restaurant to ask the staff there to give us a little of it.
So just to note that if you would like to cook food at this service apartment there is no cooking oil available and you will need to buy it at the nearby supermarket or bring your own.
