 Overall:

We had a wonderful stay here, totally in love with the awesome view we have every day in the hotel. Large rooms and comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is something that you should add to the stay, the food was delicious, fresh and good quality.

About the free shuttle bus service, we booked it at the concierge desk upon our arrival at the hotel as we were wanted to get to the shopping street of Amsterdam. We were the only passenger in the minivan during our schedule time to and fro, so we had a short chit-chat with the driver. He was very helpful as he told us where we should go how to get to the Dam square once we get off the bus.

The concierge staff we met were all nice and friendly, they even went the extra mile to teach us how to get to Kinderdijk, when our hire driver didn’t pick us up that day, will talk about it in my later post. He also told us what are a better option rather than wasting our money hiring a taxi last minute.
