Our longest hotel stays in New Zealand was in Queenstown, a total of 6 days 5 nights. Located right in front of the beautiful Lake Wakatipu. Due to the bad weather, our Milford sound day trip was cancelled, hence, we a day to explore the town and had a good rest in the hotel.

Minibar and safe
A little gift from the hotel because it is my birthday.
The small balcony from our room facing the park, which is quieter. If you open the door you can hear the water flowing down to the lake.
We had an enjoyable stay as the hotel is near to the shopping and bistro area, not only that, it is also at a walkable distance from some of the famous sightseeing attractions in Queenstown. During our short stay, we experienced different weather, snow, sun and rainy day. We were lucky to see the full bloom of cherry blossom right at the back of the hotel.
The staff at the front desk are friendly and nice. The room seems a little dated, refurbishing is required. Other than that, it is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable too, at least we had good sleep during our stay.
