[Eat] Spain, Barcelona – Hard Rock Cafe

After our walk at the Cathedral of Barcelona, we went to the busy shopping street near Hard Rock Cafe. There is one of their large departmental store, El Corte Inglés. You can have your last minute shopping here like we did before flying home. This day dinner we made our reservation at Hard Rock Cafe, despite having made reservations for our dinner we still have to wait for around 30 minutes before we were ushered in.

[Eat] The famous Portugal Pastéis de Belém Egg Tart

The MUST eat pastel de nata/egg tart in Portugal.

Why? The reason to eat here is simple as this is the pastry restaurant, which holds the original receipt from Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, the originator for pastel de nata. If you are to compare the pastel de nata to the others selling along the streets in Lisbon, you will know that there is a real difference between the original and the “fake”. ** something is missing, and this is why it makes this egg tart so invincible .**

[Trip] Iceland- Two Jewels of Icelandic nature

Today we will be visiting the two jewels of Iceland nature, to experience the stunning nature and diverse characteristic of the Iceland landscape. The two nature landscape, which was crowned as the Jewel are Skaftafell National Park and Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon, where large outlet glacier are crawling down to the lowland and large ice chunks laying on the black sand beach.
