[Trip] Spending 72 hours in Switzerland, Lucerne

Lucerne is a Swiss-German speaking city in Central Switzerland perfectly situated at the foot of the Alps. The city lake reflects the snowy peaks like the popular day trip destinations, Mount Pilatus and Mount Titlis.

It is located an hour away from Zurich Airport, you can hop on board the fast and efficient Switzerland railway system. Consider getting the Swiss travel pass which gives you unlimited access to the Swiss train network.

Where to visit?

We stayed in Lucerne for 3 days 2 nights, however, to be exact, we only have 1.5 days to explore Lucerne. We planned a simple and relaxing itinerary, hence, we only visited less than 5 tourist attractions during our stay.
